61. Turiyatheetham, Svaroopa mani, Sookshma mani.

Verse 61

கொள்ளையிலே நரித்தோலைத் தரித்து மைந்தா

கூறுவாய் உத்தளமாய் விபூதியிட்டுச்

சொல்லையிலே ஓர் துரியா தீதம் பார்த்துச்

சொரூபமணி சூட்சமணி தன்னைப் பார்த்து

எல்லையில்லாப்  பேரொளியைப் போலே வீசும்

இமயகிரி பருவத்தில் இருத்தி வைக்கும்

தொல்லைஎல்லாந் தீருமினிப் பாசம் போகுந்

துன்பமற்றுப் பேரின்பந் தொடரும் பாரே

Translation:

Adorning the skin of the fox, son,

You will adorn the sacred ash as a power and say

While reciting seeing a turiyatheetha

Svaroopa mani and sooksha mani

They will glow like limitless supreme blaze

It will hold you at the Himagiri Parvatham

All the troubles will end, attachments (pasa) will leave

Supreme bliss will continue without any misery, see.

Commentary:

Subramanyar is saying telling Agatthiyar that he should adorn the fox skin, sacred ash power and recite the appropriate praise verse.  This will lead to the vision of Turiyatheetham, the state of consciousness beyond the fourth state, turiya, the sight of svaroopa mani or the jewel of the self-atma darsana and sooksha mani, the subtle jewel or the supreme being.  They will glow with great effulgence.  Consciousness will be held fixed at Himagiri parvatham or the Sahasrara.  All the troubles will leave, pasa will end and interrupted supreme bliss will ensue.

நரித்தோலை அணிந்துகொண்டு விபூதியைப் பூசிக்கொண்டு சொல்ல வேண்டிய மந்திரங்களைக் கூறினால் முதலில் துரியாதீதம் தென்படும்.  அதன்பிறகு சொரூப மணி எனப்படும் ஆத்ம தரிசனமும் சூட்ச மணி எனப்படும் இறைதரிசனமும் கிட்டும்.  இவையிரண்டும்  கோடி சூரியப் பிரகாசமாகத் துலங்கும் என்கிறார் சுப்பிரமணியர்.  அது அகத்தியரை இமகிரி பர்வதத்தில் இருத்தி வைக்கும் என்றும் கூறுகிறார். இமகிரி பர்வதம் என்பது சஹாஸ்ராரத்தைக் குறிக்கும்.  எல்லா தொல்லைகளும் இதனால் தீரும், உலகோடு பிணைக்கும் பாசம் விட்டுப் போகும், இடைவெளியில்லா பேரின்பம் தொடரும் என்று சுப்பிரமணியர் அகத்தியரிடம் கூறுகிறார்.
